I find such joy in creating accessible, organic herbal products for my clients and community. When I'm not offering consults, attending births or teaching classes, you can often find me exploring the fields and trails of the Finger Lakes, testing new recipes in my home kitchen, or creating small-batch herbal remedies.

Working in my apothecary is therapeutic and it inspires me to know that the plants are continuing to nourish my wider community. In honor of the many ways that plants continuously give and effortlessly revitalize us, a portion of the profits from these products are being used to support the backbones of our community - new families.
My life's work is supporting people throughout their reproductive life transitions. This includes my work as a doula. However, professional doula services are not accessible for everyone. With that being said, financial accessibility should not influence the type of care and support a new family receives during the first few weeks and months of their baby's life.
When you purchase a product from Sacred Seedlings 50% of the profit goes to the Doula Access Initiative which offers FREE birth and postpartum services to Black and Indigenous families (regardless of income), and any family in Tompkins County who participates in the WIC, TP3 or MOMS programs.
support. nourish. grow.
All of Sacred Seedling's products are handmade with intention in Ithaca, New York. I consciously source organically grown or sustainably wildcrafted ingredients for each and every batch - because less is more.
