Everyone's needs are different, but one thing that's universal is that we all need support.
After 12 years of being on-call for birth and postpartum support, I am taking a step back from active doula work. At this time I am only accepting repeat birth clients on a very limited basis.
I encourage you to reach out to the Ithaca Doula Collective to learn about other doulas in our region.
